I attained the Reiki 1 Degree on the 15/8/2009 and then Reiki 2 on the 9/12/2009,
under the usui system of natural healing with Dez Dalton as my teacher...

After completing Reiki 1, I started to notice a gradual gentle change in myself...After practicing Reiki 1 on a daily basis,
I began to feel calmer, life was not as challenging, I started to get more confident...eventually began to notice that my intuition was becoming more attuned and attracting the right people into my life and those that did not make a positive impact were exiting, with little to no effort...
Then I was ready to attend Reiki 2...this course was alot more involved with a wealth of information that just flung open all the doors for me...not long after completion of the course, people were approaching me to send them or share the wonderful Reiki energy with them...Since i have been sharing the energy with people they have been begging me, to return on a regular basis, even skeptics...

Just this weekend i used this wonderful energy on a woman who was seeing a guru whom heals her...but he has retired lol...she began questioning me and wanting to know if i was just as capable as a guru...i answered, 'it is not for me to decide but the reiki energy is special and will do what it is necessary for you'...She went into a deep meditative state and fell asleep...this is a woman who cannot sit still, she is continously busy and stressed...in a moment of Reiki healing she had the opportunitty to rest and be revived...

As for myself there have been drastic physical and emotional changes as well as an increase of awareness...my face has cleared up, there is more colour and i am appearing younger, as soon as i completed Reiki 2 my taste buds and appetite has changed...i automatically incorporated an eating plan that is healthier and cravings have reduced dramatically...I have also been through the process of clearing so much past emotional anguish, and have replaced it with a compltely new outlook...i Love myself so much more and it is encouraging me to form a much closer bond with my children and those in my life who matter...Each day i am speaking my truth and with that i am attracting those who share the same beliefs as me, even at work, where the most aware ones remained silent, till i spoke up...

I had completed a different system of Reiki 1 with another teacher more than 7yrs ago with no where near the changes i have pointed out...
Dez Dalton is genuine and holds the key to the beautiful, intelligent reiki, that has turned my life around...

I am still gaining many benefits from Reiki II so thank you very much.. I manifested a tropical holiday to Thailand and finally got a little car recently! I have sent lots of distant reiki and have some amazing experiences when I do healings … I am also so much healthier…as you know the cigarettes went nine months ago and I have little desire to go out and drink a lot on the wkds, infact I would rather sleep and relax in the sun and see my cousins new born…different to the “go go go Sofia” I once knew.. One thing I have noticed is my lack of tolerance for impure and un-grounding foods too…it is like my body rejects it…so I have recently cut out all sugar too…

I just wanted to share with you this email I got from my friend whom I was staying with whilst I was in Sydney during the Reiki 2 Training. As you will see, she has had a neck problem for years, and on Sunday night, I gave her a Reiki treatment. It really is amazing how the Reiki energy works and how much easier it is to release past (pain).I just can't express in words how much this weekend has meant to me and how it has enabled me to tap into my spiritual side, which I now realise I have kept in the background of my life, although it has been doing wonders for supporting me quietly.
