 The Curry pastes that are vegan and free of
onions/ garlic/ chives/ leeks are:

Curries began as a keen interest in spicy foods, Clair
and Tim Warren realised their ambition to produce Australia's
first comprehensive range of quality curry pastes.
Aromatic
banks of cardamom, galangal, turmeric and curry leaf
are mixed with seasonal plantings of chillies and coriander,
Thai mint and other herbs, with a foundation of lime
trees, both Tahitian and Kaffir, and Thai mangoes.
These
products are based on fresh produce grown on the property
with the addition of wholly natural ingredients used
to make up the complex blends. An absence of salt, oil,
thickeners, emulsifiers, artificial colours, makes them
popular in the health food market.
The
Garnisha spice gardens and curry 'factory' are open to
the public, with a choice of guided garden walks, tastings,
cooking demonstrations, and special events. The Garnisha
gardens, featured on the ABC's Gardening Australia, included
the core spices used in the product range.
