Interested in complimentary therapies for many years,
Karen completed her first Swedish Massage course In 1982,
Studied Tai Chi from 1985 - 1995,
Remedial Therapies course from 1998 - 1999,
combining her studies with Eastern training in Qi Gong and Chinese massage in 1999.
Workplace Training and Assessment Certificate completed in 2004.

Karen became interested in Reiki and Trained in Reiki Degree 1
with her teacher Gary Samer in 1997 - 1998,
going on to complete all Seven Personal development levels,
Certificate Practitioner levels of the Reiki system.
Karen was then instructed and intitiated by her teacher to the Reiki 3B Master Teacher level In 1999,
and now teaches Reiki Degree levels 1 & 2 on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
